🔁 Exchange Only Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Customers are entitled to exchange only, based on the conditions stated below.
📌 Eligible Reasons for Exchange
You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:
✔ You received the wrong size
✔ You received the wrong item
🚫 Non-Eligible for Exchange
An item cannot be exchanged if:
❌ It has been worn, used, or altered
❌ It has no complete packaging (shoe box, labels, tags, etc.)
❌ The request is made after 3 days of delivery
❌ The customer simply changed their mind or no longer wants the item
📌 All products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the issue is from our end (wrong size sent, wrong product delivered):
👉 Elite.Famous Marketplace covers the return shipping cost.
If the issue is from the customer’s end (wrong size selected when ordering):
👉 Customer will pay the return shipping cost.
👟 Size Mistakes From Customer
If a customer selected the wrong size during purchase, we can still offer an exchange (if all conditions are met), but: 🔸 Customer handles the cost of returning the item and reshipping the new size.
💡 Important Notes
Exchange is based on availability of size or item in stock.
If the exact item/size is not available, you may choose another product of equal value.
Items on promo, clearance or final sale may be non-exchangeable (optional should we include?).
