Jays Scent and Souls Refund and Return Policy
At Jays Scent and Souls, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering authentic, quality fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is how our return and refund process works:
1. Return/Refund Window
• You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
• After 7 days, refunds/returns may not be accepted except in special cases (e.g. defective or damaged product).
2. Condition of Returnable Items
• Perfumes and fragrances must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items must be in the same condition as received, with no damage.
3. Eligible for Refund / Exchange
We accept returns/refunds if:
• You received a wrong item.
• The item was damaged during delivery.
• The product is defective.

4. Shipping / Return Costs
• If the mistake is from our team (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If it is a “change of mind” return, the customer will bear the return delivery cost.
5. Refund Method / Timeline
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method (bank transfer, card, or wallet), or as store credit if you prefer.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
6. Non-Refundable / Final Sale Items
• Opened or used perfumes.
• Items bought during a clearance sale marked “final sale”.
• Customized / special-order items.
7. How to Request a Refund / Return
To start a return:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) a photo of the item.
