At Local Visibility Partner RSA, we are committed to delivering real results through data-driven Google Ads campaigns. Due to the nature of our work—where time, strategy, and setup begin immediately after payment—we maintain the following refund policy:
✅ Refunds Will Be Considered Only If:
You request a refund before campaign setup begins (within 12 hours of payment).
There is clear failure on our part to deliver the agreed service, and all troubleshooting attempts have been made.
The refund request is made within 7 days of payment.
❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:
The campaign setup has already begun or been completed.
You change your mind after work has started or decide to work with another provider.
You fail to provide required access, inputs, or respond within a reasonable timeframe.
You expect “guaranteed” results overnight (we follow best practices, but Ads performance takes time, testing, and optimization).
We are not in the business of chasing payments or dragging clients—we only work with business owners who are serious about growth. If you're unsure, let’s talk first.
