Sellevo Payout Policy
Effective Date: July 2025
This policy explains how vendors receive their payouts from sales on the Sellevo platform. By using Sellevo, you agree to the terms below concerning currency conversions, payout timelines, and vendor obligations.
1. Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed after funds are confirmed by our payment gateway (Flutterwave). Settlement times vary by currency and method of payment.

Note: Weekends and national holidays are not counted as business days.
2. Currency Conversion & Rates
- All non-Naira payments are converted to NGN using Flutterwave’s official settlement rate or prevailing market rate.
- We display the payment amount, conversion rate, fees, and final vendor payout in your dashboard.
3. Platform Fees
- Sellevo charges a processing/platform fee of 5–10% on all orders.
- This is deducted automatically before payout.
4. Payout Method
- Payouts are made to your registered Nigerian bank account or USDT wallet (if eligible).
- You must complete your KYC to receive payouts.
- Failed payouts will be re-attempted within 72 hours or added to your wallet balance.
5. Payout Holds & Risks
Payouts may be held in cases of:
- Fraud suspicion or chargeback investigations.
- Incomplete KYC or suspicious transaction patterns.
- Disputes, complaints, or refund requests.
- Violation of platform policies.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Disputed amounts will be deducted from your next payout.
- Provide all necessary proofs (order receipts, delivery confirmation) within 3 working days when contacted.
- We may apply a 10–15 day hold on large transactions or new vendors.
7. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must:
- Ensure bank/USDT wallet details are accurate.
- Deliver orders promptly and professionally.
- Handle refund and support requests fairly.
- Report and pay applicable taxes in your region.
8. Platform Rights
Sellevo reserves the right to:
- Update this policy with notice to vendors.
- Reverse or delay payouts for policy violations.
- Adjust FX rates in line with real-time changes.
9. Tax Disclaimer
Sellevo does not withhold taxes on behalf of vendors. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings as required by law in your country.
10. Acceptance
By continuing to sell on Sellevo, you agree to this payout policy and all terms herein. This document is part of our Terms of Service.
