Sellevo Commerce Policies

• All vendors must register with valid personal or business information.
• KYC verification is required before certain features (like bank withdrawals) are enabled.
• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product listings and fulfillment of orders.
• Premium vendors receive extra features after payment and approval (via Paystack, Flutterwave, or Crypto).
• False listings, fraud, or spamming may result in account suspension.
• Vendors must ensure that their products and practices comply with both their country's laws and the laws of any country they sell to.

• Vendors can sell physical or digital products (e.g. files, links).
• All digital products must be accessible upon successful payment.
• Adult, harmful, misleading, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
• Shisha accessories may be listed if they do not contain tobacco or banned substances and fully comply with the laws of both the vendor's country and the buyer's country.
• Vendors are responsible for checking and following local regulations wherever they sell — especially across African countries and international regions.
• Sellevo reserves the right to reject, remove, or block any product that violates our standards or local/international law.

• Sellevo supports payments via Paystack, Flutterwave, and USDT (TRC20).
• All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
• All vendor earnings are held by Sellevo pending verification and payout eligibility.
• Sellevo reserves the right to delay, split, schedule, or temporarily hold payouts for fraud prevention, risk management, regulatory compliance, dispute investigation, or banking review purposes.
• High-value transactions may be subject to additional verification before payout approval.
• Daily payout limits may apply per vendor and/or per platform for security and operational reasons.
• All vendor earnings are subject to commission deductions before payout.
• Bank withdrawal minimum: ₦1,000. USDT withdrawal minimum: $10 (approved wallet only).
• Wallet addresses for USDT must be manually verified by Sellevo Admins.

• Vendors may earn commission by referring others (10% capped at ₦2,000).
• Referral commissions are automatically credited after a successful premium upgrade by the referred vendor.

• Vendors are expected to fulfill orders within the promised time.
• For digital products, download links are auto-enabled upon payment verification.
• For physical products, vendors may be required to provide valid shipment tracking or delivery confirmation before payout eligibility.
• Sellevo may request proof of delivery, access confirmation logs, or additional verification for high-value transactions.
• Failure to provide requested verification may result in delayed payout, temporary holds, or account review.
• Unresolved disputes may result in withheld payouts or vendor suspension.

• Sellevo is not directly responsible for vendor refunds unless in the case of verified technical errors on our platform.
• Buyers must contact vendors first regarding any complaints or refund requests.
• In the event of a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal initiated by a bank or payment provider, Sellevo reserves the right to deduct the disputed amount from the vendor's wallet balance or future payouts.
• If a vendor balance is insufficient to cover a chargeback, the vendor remains liable for the outstanding amount.
• Sellevo may temporarily hold funds during investigation of disputes or suspicious activity.

• Vendor and buyer data is securely stored and never sold to third parties.
• Payment data is processed through secure third-party gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave, or crypto wallets).
• We use standard encryption practices across our platform to protect user data.

• Vendors who violate terms may be suspended or permanently banned without notice.
• Sellevo reserves the right to take down any content or account deemed harmful or fraudulent.

We may update these policies from time to time. Continued use of Sellevo means you accept the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

Sellevo facilitates transactions by processing payments on behalf of vendors. However, each vendor is solely responsible for their product listings, delivery, quality, and customer service. Sellevo does not guarantee the performance of any vendor and is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from vendor actions.

• Payouts are processed after confirmation from payment gateways.
• NGN payouts: Same/Next business day, subject to review. International payouts: 3 to 7 business days.
• Payouts may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays, bank reviews, or compliance checks.
• Payouts may be split into multiple transactions for security or operational reasons.
• Where fraud, policy violations, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity is detected, Sellevo reserves the right to suspend or withhold payouts pending investigation.
• Once payout has been successfully processed to the vendor's provided bank account or wallet, Sellevo is not responsible for any subsequent bank restrictions, freezes, or investigations.
• Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their bank accounts and wallet details are valid and compliant with their local regulations.
• Vendors are responsible for taxes in their country.
• Sellevo may update payout terms without notice to vendors.

• Vendors must only upload original content or content they have rights to use.
• Do not use copyrighted images, videos, or files unless you are the owner or have legal permission.
• Fake reviews, misleading claims, or manipulated images are not allowed.
• AI-generated content must be clearly described and not used to deceive customers.
• Content that violates intellectual property rights, spreads misinformation, or creates confusion may be removed without notice.
